German Rouladen
Ingredients:

     slices of thin-sliced top round beef (should be approximately 10” long ,
     4” wide, and ¼” thick)

     lb thick-sliced bacon, excess fat removed, diced

     onion, minced

     oz bread and butter pickle slices, chopped
- 3
     tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3
     cups beef broth
- ¼
     cup flour
- ⅓
     cup water
- Salt
     and pepper, to taste
