Taco Pasta Bake
Ingredients:
- 1 pound of pasta (any style)
- 1lb of lean ground meat (any kind). I used ground chicken.
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 2-3 cloves of garlic minced
- 2-3 Tbs of Taco seasoning
- 1 tsp of ground cumin
- red pepper flakes (to taste)
- 1 cup of your favorite salsa
- 1/4 cup of water
- juice of half a lime
- 1/2 cup of sour cream
- 6oz of Mexican Cheese blend
